Golo is the founder and Managing Partner of Magnolia Services, located in Zurich. 

He is the former Head of Post-Merger Integration and Separation at SIX, the holding company of the Swiss stock exchange, where he built up the integration and separation team. Deals during this time include the separation of SIX Payment Services and the integration of the Spanish stock exchange.

Golo has 15 years of experience in post-merger integrations and separations. He learned best practice methodology while working for Accenture M&A on post-merger integrations and separations. 

Golo studied Business Administration at Mannheim University in Germany and earned his PhD in behavioral project management and risk assessment from Hohenheim University (magna cum laude).
